Will is one of our Westmill Foods Supply Chain Graduates. This is an 18 month supported development programme which involves rotations in different areas and involvement in real projects across the Westmill Supply Chain at all of our UK sites. Graduates take part in regular training and development programmes; to grow their personal skills as Supply Chain professionals (like Lean Manufacturing and IOSH Safety) and also develop the skills to be a Great People Manager in Westmill’s future.
